Cell phone users boost in number in these years. According to ITU Secretary-General Hamadoun Touré announcement in New York in 2008, the numbers of worldwide mobile cellular subscribers are likely to reach the 4 billion mark before the end of that year. Thanks to today’s high-end technology, we could get mobile phones at more affordable prices than 10 years ago, even brand name products like Samsung, Motorola and Nokia.
