Telecoms equipment maker Nokia Siemens Networks said on Monday it had secured a 250-million-euro ($350 million) loan from the European Investment Bank for developing radio network technology.The venture of Nokia and Siemens said the loan would be used to develop its multimode network technology, which allows several radio technologies -- such as GSM and the upcoming LTE -- to run concurrently in a single unit.In a separate statement it said it had built out networks for Vodafone in seven regions in India as the first phase of a three-year expansion contract awarded in 2008.
