NEW DELHI, INDIA, -- By invitation from Mr. N K Goyal, President of the Communication, Multimedia and IT (CMAI) association of India, Norscan Instruments has joined India's prominent business leaders as part of its Telecom community. CMAI , fosters growth and innovation through the introduction of best practices, technology and services from global technology leaders such as Intel, Nokia, Microsoft, JDS Uniphase, Motorola and Texas Instruments. CMAI also provides a forum for establishing working relationships between these technology companies and India's own growing list of world leaders like Birla, Reliance, Sterlite and Tata. Canada's federal and provincial governments continue to encourage bi-lateral trade with India, evidenced by Prime Minister Stephen Harper's November visit to India. The Manitoba Government has invested years supporting the province's businesses with India export initiatives. "Norscan Instruments is an excellent example of a Manitoba company taking a successful North American product and building a well researched strategy for export to India with assistance from Manitoba Trade." says Bonnie de Moissac of the Government of Manitoba Trade Department. "As a prominent Manitoba company, well respected in the telecommunications and broadband market, we are very enthusiastic about Norscan's potential in India and believe the CMAI and Mr. N K Goyal will be a key part of Norscan's success."
